LE Klub es una banda Dark Romantic / Synth Pop en Ingles/Español con un concepto y sonido inspirado por el New Wave, Nu Romantic y un toque de sonidos "Dark" de los 80’s, fusionado con un  sentimiento moderno con estilos de hoy y una producción con matices que mantienen la originilidad del proyecto.

 

LE Klub es formado por Henrik Strater, Miembro Fundador y Cantante.  Pero trabajado en conjunto con Felipe R. Cano (Co-productor junto con Henrik en algunos temas nuevos hasta fines del 2024)  On stage, diferentes musicos acompañan en vivo.  Por ahora estan, Cesar Aguiar en Guitarras, Juan Carlos en bateria y Henrik vocals y Synths.

LE Klub nace en el 2016 y después de que Henrik trabajara en varios proyectos y participado en otras bandas.  

 

A principios del 2017 The Klub firmó con Afonico Music, distribuido por SONY y se lanzo el EP "Heroes of the night" en el 2019.   En la producción y mezcla del EP aprticipo Guillermo Porro, un estilo Pop New Wave.  Quien también trabajó en el ultimo álbum de La Ley “Adaptación”. 

 

En Noviembre 11 de 2019 LE Klub hace la presentación oficial del EP y ya listos  con fechas para promover el material a mediados de Febrero del 2020, todo se para a causa de la pandemia COVID 19 la cual sorprendió a todos Mundialmente, hasta nuevo aviso..

 

Aprovechando la cuarentena "Henrik" LE Klub continúo trabajando en nuevo material.

 

Recientemente LE Klub retoma todo el tiempo perdido y lanza el video del sencillo “Me quedo sin aliento”el 2 de Abril del 2021.  Surgen otros contartiempos para terminar el material nuevo y no es hasta principios  del 2025 que empieza a sacar nuevos en todos las plataformas digitales. 

El primero es un re-lanzamiento de "Dices" del 2010 que nunca salio, solo en video "y fue lanzado en Julio 14 del 2025, el segundo "Me quedo sin aliento" (Un Edit especial por Dj Santi), lanzado el 2 de Agosto 2025.   

 

Despues de haber lanzado esos temas, le sigue, "Nueva Sangre" un tema y sonido nuevo ya bajo el sello "Dark Wave Records" lanzado el 31 de Octubre 2025, siguiendole "Ausente" version 2026 (Una version diferente a la original con un sonido mas "DARK" el 13 de Febrero del 2026 y el ultimo hasta el momento es, "Quiet Life" un cover de la banda JAPAN que es un "New Romantic" classic del '79 que salio el 3 de Abril del 2016.

BIO Personal

Henrik Strater nace en Lima, Perú. Desde muy pequeño muestra interés por la música y el arte. Crece escuchando música Punk y Wave de artistas como Sex Pistols, Bauhaus, The Cure, Japan, Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Spandau Ballet, David Bowie, Bryan Ferry y David Sylvian, y varios más. A los 13 años de edad, ya viviendo en Estados Unidos  forma parte de diferentes bandas como baterista y haciendo coros, presentándose en lugares como “The Roxy” y “The Whisky A Go-Go” entre otros del famosos lugares en el Sunset Strip de Hollywood. 

 

A principios de los 90’s, y ya influenciado por el mercado hispano en Los Ángeles,  empieza el movimiento Sudamericano y Rock en Español  y se lanza como DJ,  adquiriendo una muy respetable reputación en el ámbito local además de traer a L.A. el movimiento Sudamericano del Rock y pop en tu Idioma y crear una discoteca llamada “Club Hola”. En 1997, forma parte del equipo de la importante estación de radio “Súper Estrella 97.5 FM”, dirigiendo su propio show “Club Súper Estrella con DJ Henrik”, ubicándose como uno de los DJ’s más importantes, innovadores y reconocidos en el ambiente hispano de Los Ángeles.   Formo un par de grupos como: Electrolive & Carmah / KarmaNation…Campaña publicitaria de Carls Jr. con su Grupo Carmah representada con la canción original “Me Fascinas”.  En el 2015 forma un nuevo proyecto llamado inicialmente The Klub el cual en poco tiempo fue cambiado a LE Klub.

LE Klub is a Dark Romantic / Synth Pop band in English/Spanish with a concept and sound inspired by New Wave, New Romantic, and a touch of “dark” 1980s sonorities, fused with a modern sensibility and contemporary styles, along with a production approach that preserves the project’s originality.

LE Klub is formed by Henrik Strater, founding member and vocalist, working in collaboration with Felipe R. Cano (co-producer with Henrik on some new tracks through late 2024). On stage, various musicians accompany the live performances. Currently, these include Cesar Aguiar on guitars, Juan Carlos on drums, and Henrik on vocals and synthesizers.

LE Klub was founded in 2016 after Henrik had worked on several projects and participated in other bands.

In early 2017, LE Klub signed with Afonico Music, distributed by SONY, and released the EP *Heroes of the Night* in 2019. The EP’s production and mixing involved Guillermo Porro, reflecting a Pop New Wave style. Porro also worked on the final album of La Ley, *Adaptación*.

On November 11, 2019, LE Klub held the official presentation of the EP and had scheduled promotional dates for mid-February 2020; however, all activities were halted due to the global COVID-19 pandemic until further notice.

Taking advantage of the quarantine period, Henrik continued working on new material for LE Klub.

 

More recently, LE Klub resumed its activities and released the video for the single “Me quedo sin aliento” on April 2, 2021. Further setbacks delayed the completion of new material, and it was not until early 2025 that new releases began appearing across digital platforms.

The first was a re-release of “Dices” (originally from 2010, previously unreleased except as a video), issued on July 14, 2025. The second, “Me quedo sin aliento” (a special edit by DJ Santi), was released on August 2, 2025.

Following these releases came “Nueva Sangre,” a track with a new sound under the label “Dark Wave Records,” released on October 31, 2025; followed by “Ausente” (2026 version), a reinterpretation with a darker sonic character, released on February 13, 2026; and most recently, “Quiet Life,” a cover of the band JAPAN, a New Romantic classic from 1979, released on April 3, 2016.

New singles will continue to be released monthly. Listeners are encouraged to follow LE Klub on digital platforms and social media.

Personal  BIO

Henrik Strater was born in Lima, Peru. From an early age, he demonstrated an interest in music and the arts. He grew up listening to Punk and Wave music by artists such as Sex Pistols, Bauhaus, The Cure, Japan, Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Spandau Ballet, David Bowie, Bryan Ferry, and David Sylvian, among others. At the age of 13, already living in the United States, he became part of various bands as a drummer and backing vocalist, performing at venues such as “The Roxy” and “The Whisky A Go-Go,” among other well-known locations on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood.

In the early 1990s, influenced by the Hispanic market in Los Angeles, he became involved in the emerging South American and Rock en Español movement and launched himself as a DJ, gaining a highly respected reputation in the local scene. He also contributed to bringing the South American rock and Spanish-language pop movement to Los Angeles and founded a nightclub called “Club Hola.” In 1997, he joined the team of the major radio station “Súper Estrella 97.5 FM,” hosting his own show, “Club Súper Estrella con DJ Henrik,” becoming one of the most prominent, innovative, and recognized DJs in the Hispanic community of Los Angeles. He formed several groups, including Electrolive and Carmah/KarmaNation, and participated in a Carls Jr. advertising campaign with his group Carmah, featuring the original song “Me Fascinas.” In 2015, he created a new project initially called The Klub, which was soon renamed LE Klub.
